戴现学，男，祖籍山东沂南，1945年7月1日出生（农历5月22日）。沂南县文化局工会主任，大专毕业，1968年3月入伍（自沂水师范入伍），1969年6月13日入党，党龄55年，被评为模范共产党员，属于军队转业干部，国家公务员，享受县政府补贴的专业技术拔尖人才。2007年6月25退休，退休后在中国海军总部老干部大学任国画教师6年，在社区书画班免费教学12年，被评为北京市海淀区优秀志愿者。人民日报《袭古创今》栏目组进行专题视频采访报道，转播的媒体平台有：人民网、搜狐、抖音、网易、今日头条、腾讯、爱奇艺、民生、西瓜、凤凰、优酷、人民日报全媒体平台等。

He was rated as a model Communist Party member, a military transfer cadre, a national civil servant, and a top professional and technical talent who enjoys subsidies from the county government. Retired on June 25, 2007. After retirement, he worked as a traditional Chinese painting teacher at the Veterans University of the Chinese Navy Headquarters for 6 years, and taught for free in community calligraphy and paintinges for 12 years. He was awarded the title of Excellent Volunteer in Haidian District, Beijing.
